Clean and fillet your catch under cover, right beside the sea. Leave the area ready for the next guest.

  • Fish must only be cleaned at the fish-cleaning bench.
  • Do not leave fish waste at the bench. Take it out to sea and dispose of it outside the strait.
  • Tidy up and wash the bench thoroughly after use. Also wash any boxes and buckets used for fish or fish waste.

A tip for your fishing trip: Bring a bucket and rinse the boat with seawater during and after the trip. This makes it easier to clean the boat before returning it.
